Math
Math started to be pretty interesting when I got past the boring basics. I am very lucky to have interesting textbooks with lots of interesting facts as well as ordinary exercises. And everything is explained very well and easy to understand.
Apart from the textbooks I also used computer programs and websites. The computer programs were very important because I could do the exercises and the program would check my answer. I didn't need the help of my parents for this and it was also quite fun. In one computer program for example I had to answer correctly or I wouldn't be able to move to another level etc.
Geometry wasn't that interesting for me but I liked some parts of it (for example using the Pythagorean theorem or counting the volume of various shapes).
Otherwise I particularly enjoyed equations (both solving them and creating them). I was also intrigued by irrational numbers.
